CAKE DONATED TO LOCAL HEALTH WORKERS

During the holiday season, I decided to make a cake and donate it to the local frontline health workers at the Hackensack University Medical Center, in Bergen County, New Jersey. I wanted thank these members for all of their hard work throughout the pandemic.

Starting this year, I began volunteering for the Guest Chef Program through SHARE, 2 non-profit assisted living homes in Ridgewood, NJ. Monthly, I prepare a full three course meal including a main dish, a side dish, and of course, a dessert! On three occasions thus far, I have made my classic Rlow Cakes cupcakes for the members living at SHARE to enjoy!
CUPCAKE DECORATING & HEALTHY CREATIONS

I partnered with the non-profit organization Bake Back America to teach a cupcake decorating class to children living in the Coachman Family Center in White Plains, NY. I came prepared with filled piping bags, sprinkle containers, and cupcakes. With these ingredients, I taught the children how to make "exploding cupcakes."
